1. About these terms

These terms describe appointments and purchases with WunderMassage.ch for WunderMassage and WunderSessel at our Zurich studio. Any specific arrangements confirmed with you in writing form part of your booking.

The service provider is WunderMassage.ch, Zähringerstrasse 32, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland. Our contact details are listed below.

2. Your booking

Choose your treatment and appointment using our booking service, or contact the studio for help. Please provide accurate contact details so we can send your booking information and reach you about your visit.

Check your confirmation for the treatment, date, time, appointment length and price. If anything is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. A request without a confirmed appointment should not be treated as a confirmed booking.

Appointment length can include a consultation and preparation as well as the treatment itself. Your booking information distinguishes the appointment time from the application time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices and payments are in Swiss francs (CHF). We accept credit cards, TWINT and Apple Pay. The price and inclusions confirmed for your selected session or pass apply to that booking or purchase.

Please check the current offer before booking a trial session. A trial session does not oblige you to purchase a pass or book further sessions.

Payment options depend on the selected service and are shown during booking. Where offered, you can pay online when booking or on site at your session. If you are unsure which option applies or what is included, please contact us before completing your booking.

4. Cancellations, changes and late arrival

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time. You can reach us by phone or email using the contact details below. Please wait for confirmation of a new appointment time.

If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified us beforehand that you cannot attend, a no-show fee of CHF 25 applies.

If you expect to arrive late, please call us. We will explain whether the remaining appointment time is sufficient or whether a new appointment is needed.

If the studio cannot provide a confirmed appointment, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling or, where applicable, reimbursement for the service that cannot be provided.

5. Passes and gift certificates

Before purchasing a pass or gift certificate, check the included treatments, number of sessions, validity period and any conditions shown with the offer.

Please contact the studio before purchase if you have questions about sharing or transferring a pass, extending its validity, or requesting a refund. Any specific conditions agreed for your purchase remain applicable.

Keep your purchase confirmation and contact us if you believe your remaining session balance is incorrect.

6. Suitability and your experience

Tell the team about relevant health circumstances before your session, including implanted medical devices, pregnancy, recent surgery or any advice you have received against using the treatment. Suitability must be assessed for the particular procedure.

If you are unsure whether a session is suitable, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before booking. Sessions do not replace medical diagnosis, necessary medical care or prescribed treatment.

Experiences and results vary from person to person. Website descriptions, reviews and personal accounts do not guarantee a particular outcome or a result after a specific number of sessions.

Please tell the team immediately if you feel discomfort or wish to stop your session.

7. Questions, concerns and your rights

If something about your booking, payment or session does not meet your expectations, contact us with the relevant details so we can review it and discuss a solution.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Information about the handling of booking details, contact information and other personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy. Please contact us directly if you have questions about your information.

9. Changes to these terms

Future changes should be made available before a new booking or purchase. Changes do not automatically replace conditions already agreed for an existing booking or purchase.
