The pelvic floor as the forgotten foundation of a healthy spine
The pelvic floor as the forgotten foundation of a healthy spine
The pelvic floor forms the functional base of our core system. It works closely with the diaphragm, deep abdominal muscles (transversus abdominis), and multifidus spine stabilizers to support the vertebral column from within. If the pelvic floor is weak, this support chain collapses. Superficial back and hip muscles must permanently overcompensate, leading to painful chronic tension and premature joint wear.
WunderSessel systematically rebuilds the deep muscles of the pelvic floor. Through supramaximal training, the muscular corset is strengthened and intra-abdominal pressure is stabilized. This mechanically unloads the lumbar spine. Through intensive stimulation, the brain relearns to reflexively contract the pelvic floor during daily activities.
Many patients with chronic, therapy-resistant lower back pain experience significant relief after just a few sessions. By restoring core symmetry, posture is permanently improved, pain medication can be reduced, and the joy of movement returns.
6 to 8 sessions, ideally combined with WunderMassage. Twice a week.
Important note: WunderSessel is a safe, contactless, and highly efficient physiological training. If you have acute inflammation, pacemakers, or severe pelvic conditions, please consult your physician beforehand.
